Twins emerges Valedictorian and Salutatorian at UMaT’s 2023 Graduation Ceremony

Abdul-Rahman Ishaak, of the Department of Mining Engineering, graduated with a CWA of 88.79, and is adjudged the overall best student for the 2023 graduating class at the University of Mines and Technology (UMaT), Tarkwa.
Campus-based Media house Voice of UMaT on X, formerly known as Twitter, sharing his achievement wrote “Abdul-Rahman Ishaak, with the CWA of 88.79 in Bsc Mining Engineering was named the VALEDICTORIAN at the UMaT 15th Congregation Ceremony, 2023.It’s Back to Back for the Mining Department”.
Maame Boaduwaa Kwakye-Tannor, with a CWA of 88.01 from the Petroleum Engineering Department was named the overall best female Student of the UMaT 2023 Graduating Class. In a related development, Mr. Humphrey Ashimatey, of the Department of Economics is the Valedictorian for KNUST’s 57th Congregation.
