Natalia Grace Confirms Her Real Age Through DNA Testing

A confirmation of a DNA test has proven Natalia was a minor when her adoptive parents left her on her own in Indiana. Natalia was born on September 4, 2003, to a Ukrainian mother. There are two TV series that are based on her life, “the 2023-2024 series The Curious Case of Natalia Grace/The Curious Case of Natalia Grace: Natalia Speaks and the upcoming Hulu TV series Untitled Orphan Project.”.

In episode 1 of The Curious Case of Natalia Grace on Monday, January 1, 2024, TruDiagnostic, it was known that she was around 22 years old as of August 2023 after her blood sample was analyzed by a medical lab that specializes in biological aging based on DNA methylation.

This means Natalie was a minor when she was abandoned by her adoptive parents, Michael and Kristine Barnett.

An endocrinologist revealed that he confirmed to Kristine in 2010 that Natalia was estimated to be somewhere between 9 and 11 years old at the time. Then, in 2011, a dentist examined her teeth and concluded that there was “no question” she was around 9 years old due to her having so many baby teeth.

Natalia, who has a severe form of dwarfism known as spondyloepiphyseal dysplasia congenita (SEDc), entered the Barnett family when they adopted her in 2010. The Barnetts also stated Natalia showed signs of psychopathy which led them to abandon them to her fate.

Charges were brought up against Michael and Kristine in 2019 for neglect of a dependent. However, four charges against Michael were dropped in February 2022.

Natalia is now in the guardianship of Antwon and his wife Cynthia Mans. She has been living with them since 2013 and their biological children. The Mans refuted the Barnett’s claims that Natalia showed signs of violence.
