Prospective Applicant of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi can purchase their admission forms online through Mobile Money service (MTN, Airtel Tigo and Vodafone). One will receive the admission forms Serial and PIN to begin admission process. The Kumasi-based University has extended the 2023/2024 Academic year application forms to 30th November, 2023 while the Postgraduate (MSc, MPhil and PhD) to December 15th, 2023.

How to fill KNUST Admission application forms online.

Before you begin your application, make sure you have the following saved on your local computer or desktop machine. The following documents may be mandatory or optional to complete applications submission.

A birth certificate
A Ghana Card
Passport pictures with light green background
Four selected programs of your choice
GPS address
An active personal email

Visit and complete your application online through the KNUST admission portal.

At the institution’s online admissions website, enter your application ID or login ID and a PIN.
Upload passport size photo of yourself on a light green background, which shall be used for your ID CARD upon signing into KNUST Admission portal.
Fill in your personal information and Click “Proceed” to move on to the next section
Enter your Grades and select programme you want study at the Study
After completing your application, you must print two copies of the application form you filled out online.
The portal will also show you the relevant documents you must have, including photocopies of your academic transcripts and certificates, which you should submit to the Deputy Registrar of Academic Affairs, KNUST, Kumasi.
