How to buy WASSCE for School results checker card via SMS
The West African Exams Council following the release of the 2022 West African Senior School Certificate Examination results says students can request WASSCE for school results checker card via SMS by dialing *800*055# on phone.
Alternatively, the non-profit-making organization has said students who sat for the 2022 edition of the Ghana version of the international examination (WASSCE) can check their 2022 WASSCE results only at https://ghana.waecdirect.org.
“The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) is cautioning all stakeholders, especially candidates to be on the alert and not fall prey to the activities of scammers who promise to upgrade WASSCE for School results for a fee
Candidates are to note that all WAEC results are secured and can be authenticated. Institutions are therefore urged to always verify results presented to them to expose incidents of forgery,” WAEC stated in the results release statement.

1. On your mobile phone dial *800*055#
2. Choose WASSCE Results Checker
3. Confirm price and pay through Mobile Money
4. You will receive the checker card via SMS with instructions to check your results
How to check your 2022 WASSCE School results
1. Visit the WASSCE result portal
2. Select the Type of Examination (WASSCE).
3. Select your Examination Year (2022).
4. Enter the Serial Number found on the Voucher.
5. Enter the 12-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) on your Voucher eg. 012345678912.
6. Confirm your Index Number and Examination Year. (This is to ensure that your examination information is correct)
7. Click on Submit and wait for the display in the popup window. This may take several minutes.
A total number of 422,883 candidates made up of 203,753 males and 219,130 females from 977 schools entered the examination. A total number of 2,818 (0.67%) of the candidates who registered were absent from the examination.
